Job Description

We are looking for an IT Sales Outreach & Client Onboarding Executive to support business development activities by reaching out to potential clients and ensuring smooth onboarding after conversion. This role involves lead outreach, coordination, and basic client onboarding support. The position is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential IT service clients. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Coordinate client onboarding after deal closure. Collect and verify required client information and documentation. Ensure smooth handover of clients to internal delivery or operations teams. Maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding activities. Provide basic support to clients during the initial onboarding phase.
Requirements

Freshers:

Graduate with interest in IT sales or client coordination.

Experienced:

6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales, outreach, or onboarding. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of IT services or digital solutions. Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus.
Preferred Skills

Experience in outbound sales or client onboarding. Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools. Ability to handle client queries professionally.
