We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-driven professional to join our team as an
IT Sales & Marketing Executive
.
This role involves generating and qualifying B2B leads, supporting pre-sales activities, and driving business growth for our IT services, including
software development, web/mobile apps, SaaS products, and digital marketing solutions
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, freelance portals (Freelancer, Upwork), IndiaMART, cold calling, and other lead-generation tools.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and qualify prospects based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and coordinate with the technical team to define scope and delivery timelines.
Schedule demos, meetings, and presentations for the business development team.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead and sales targets.
Prepare periodic performance and pipeline reports.
Requirements:
Education:
BBA/MBA
or equivalent degree in Business/IT.
Experience:
6 months to 1 year
in IT sales, business development, or pre-sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi/local language is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with lead generation platforms such as Freelancer, IndiaMART and LinkedIn.
Cold calling and client handling experience.
Prior work in a target-based sales role.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
