We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Sales Manager with over 10 years of proven success in the IT sales domain. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop strong client relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and tailor IT solutions to address their business challenges.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare sales reports, and present progress to senior management.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure long-term partnerships.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market reach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT sales or related roles.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
