Role Summary:
We are hiring a results-driven IT Sales Manager to handle inside sales and international channel development. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with overseas IT resellers, distributors, and system integrators, driving sales of networking and IT hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for international IT resellers, distributors, and system integrators through calls, emails, and B2B platforms.
Promote and sell networking products such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Develop and manage international sales pipelines and update CRM regularly.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, and payment terms as per company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, logistics, order processing, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
Minimum qualification: Graduates.
2+ years of experience in IT / Tech sales, preferably inside sales or international B2B sales.
Knowledge of networking products or IT hardware is a strong advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
