Job Title: Sales Manager - IT Services (Strategic Industry Verticals)

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth across multiple high-impact industry sectors including Banking & Finance, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Manufacturing & Electronics, Healthcare, and Retail/E-commerce. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and nurturing long-term client partnerships within the fast-evolving technology landscape. Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on target verticals: BFSI, GCCs, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and Cloud Transformation.
? Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to position our IT services and digital solutions.
? Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
? Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to create tailored offerings for client needs.
? Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets.
? Stay current with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and improve market penetration. ? Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums. Qualifications & Skills ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA in Marketing/Strategy preferred.
? 4-8 years of successful IT services sales experience with exposure to multiple domains such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Cloud, or Healthcare. ? Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing enterprise-level deals.
? Ability to understand technical solutions and align them with business challenges. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. ? Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Technical Understanding
? Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data migration ? Data engineering, AI/ML, and analytics
? Regulatory and digital transformation in BFSI ? IoT, embedded systems, and smart factory tech in Manufacturing
? CRM, supply chain, and personalization solutions in Retail
