Job Description

We are looking for 4+ years IT Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development Manager (Cold calling exp is mandatory) experience candidates for Chennai location.

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate working in IT Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development Specialist to help our company attract new customers from US, UK, Europe, Gulf and other regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, Linkedin, X.com, Upworks, networking, and industry events.

Outbound Communication:

Cold calling, E-mails, and social media outreach to generate leads. Cold calling experience is must.

Lead Qualification:

Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high conversion potential.

Database Management:

Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.

Market Research:

Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Follow-ups:

Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Reporting:

Provide detailed reports on lead generation activities, progress, and conversion rates.

Requirements;



- Having growth mindset, be self-driven and work collaboratively with the team.

- We are looking for a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team

- Strong research and analytical skills to determine quality prospects, search and compile data on companies and potential contacts

- Should be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets to manage lead generation data, prepare reports on a periodic basis

- Be very comfortable with use of various computer applications to support lead generation activities including use of CRMs.

- Should have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with customers to explain the company offerings, schedule introductory presentations, capture immediate client need.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Effective in prioritizing and multitasking and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
