We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales & Growth Executive to drive new client acquisition for our web design and graphic design services. The role focuses on online lead generation, proposal writing, and bidding on popular freelancing platforms to support business expansion.
Key Duties:
Generate leads and convert prospects for website and graphic design projects
Bid regularly on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and related marketplaces
Prepare clear, customized proposals based on client requirements
Communicate with potential clients to understand project scope and timelines
Build strong relationships to encourage long-term and repeat business
Coordinate with internal design and development teams
Track sales progress, leads, and platform performance
Work towards defined revenue and growth goals
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in IT sales, business growth, or client acquisition roles
Practical experience with freelancing platforms and online bidding
Understanding of website design, UI/UX, and graphic design services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Business, Marketing, or IT
Experience working with international clients
Familiarity with CRM tools
