IT Sales Associate
to join our growth team. This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated individual eager to kickstart a career in technology sales within the [Region/Sector] market.
Your primary focus will be on lead generation, market research, and supporting the senior sales team in pitching our suite of Software services and SaaS solutions. We are looking for a "hunter" mindset--someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build rapport from scratch, and learn the intricacies of how technology drives the BFSI and Fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research:
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities by researching target industries and identifying key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn and Google.
Outreach & Qualification:
Conduct initial cold calls and emails to introduce the company's services and qualify interest for senior sales team members.
Product Learning & Support:
Shadow senior staff during product demonstrations to learn how to present software/hardware capabilities to diverse stakeholders.
CRM Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all daily outreach activities and prospect information in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Sales Coordination:
Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, basic proposals, and meeting agendas for the account management team.
Internal Collaboration
: Coordinate with technical teams to gather answers for prospect queries, ensuring a basic understanding of solution feasibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Curiosity:
A strong desire to learn and explain technical concepts like cloud computing, cybersecurity, or APIs (even if no prior work experience exists).
Communication:
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and translate complex information into simple, value-driven language.
