Cateina Technologies is seeking a high-energy IT Sales Account Executive to drive new business acquisition within the [Region/Sector] market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-growth opportunities, pitching our suite of Software service/SaaS solutions, and closing complex deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and a deep understanding of how technology solves modern business challenges, preferably within the IT, Software, BFSI, or Fintech sectors. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a foundational understanding of technical solutions to ensure efficient executive operations and effective client-facing support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct "discovery calls" to understand a client's pain points and recommend specific technical solutions.
Product Demonstrations:
Present software or hardware capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining records in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Negotiation:
Draft proposals and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaboration:
Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineers to ensure the proposed technology is feasible for the client.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Literacy:
Ability to understand and explain cloud computing, cybersecurity, APIs, or infrastructure basics.
Communication:
Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate "tech-speak" into business value.

Education:

Experience:
