to join our growing sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through cold calling and convert potential prospects into business opportunities for our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform outbound cold calls to potential customers in target markets.
Introduce the company's IT solutions and services to prospects and set up appointments for senior sales staff.
Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Understand client needs and offer suitable IT services and product solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage future sales.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and regional/local language (as applicable).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably in Business, IT, or related field).
Freshers are welcome; any internship or sales-related experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
