Key Responsibilities:
Qualify incoming leads to assess alignment with our services.
Prioritize leads using a structured prioritization matrix.
Conduct initial discovery calls to gain a deeper understanding of client requirements.
Develop tailored solutions that address clients' specific business challenges.
Educate potential clients about our offerings and value proposition.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive them through the sales funnel to closure.
Assist the Business Analysis team in preparing sales presentations and decks.
Participate in bidding processes for RFPs, leveraging AI tools to streamline responses.
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasive abilities and effective presentation skills.
Proven selling skills and a customer-focused mindset.
High level of integrity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
