Job Description

Responsibilities:

Driving Sales Growth:



Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, identifying new sales opportunities, and analyzing market trends.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:



Overseeing a sales team, hiring and training new representatives, and mentoring less experienced team members to improve performance.

Client Relationship Management:



Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and guidance, and recommending new opportunities.

Sales Strategy and Planning:



Analyzing sales data, identifying potential new clients, developing sales plans, and preparing reports.

Negotiation and Contract Management:



Leading and coordinating contract negotiations for successful deal closures.

Sales Process Improvement:



Teaching improved sales processes to enhance team performance and achieve company goals.

Communication and Collaboration:



Collaborating with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and billing, to achieve sales goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:



Gathering and analyzing sales data, preparing regular reports, and presenting them to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience:



Typically, a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business setting, with a focus on consultative sales approaches.

Leadership and Management Skills:



Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:



Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:



Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.

Knowledge of Sales Management Software:



Proficiency in using popular sales management software to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline.

Understanding of Market Trends and Competition:



Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
