Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, email outreach, networking and online platforms
Qualify potential customers and understand their business needs
Present and explain TechXpert products/services to decision-makers
Convert qualified leads into active customers
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project handover
Build and grow client relationships to increase repeat business
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
6 months-12 months experience in sales (IT sales preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Strong understanding of technology/IT services is a plus
Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to learn
Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction
