Key Responsibilities
Selling IT services & software (B2B)
Lead generation through calls & WhatsApp
Demo scheduling & follow-ups
Negotiation & deal closing
Achieving monthly revenue targets
Reporting & CRM updates
Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Requirement: Immediate joining preferred Experience -1- 3 years sales experience ( IT / Software Sales Experience MUST)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ?18,000 - 25,000 (based on interview)Incentives: Target-based incentives + bonuses Growth: Performance - based salary revisions after 6 months
