Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads and acquire new clients for IT recruitment.
Pitch recruitment services to HR/TA Heads and decision-makers.
Prepare proposals and close business deals.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
1 to 3 years of experience in
IT sales or recruitment sales.
Good understanding of IT staffing and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
