Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated
IT Sales Executive
to join our team in a
field sales capacity
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and enjoys being on the ground building relationships, pitching IT solutions, and closing enterprise deals.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects within your assigned territory. You'll represent Techhansa's full suite of offerings and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that solve real business problems
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and client presentations across verticals
Represent Techhansa at local networking events, conferences, and partner meetups
Maintain a consistent schedule of field visits, prospecting, and client engagement activities
Consultative Selling & Solution Fit
Understand client needs through discovery meetings and site visits
Propose customized IT solutions including cloud, managed services, AI/ML, and infrastructure
Work with presales and delivery teams to develop proposals, POCs, and technical documentation
Deal Closure & Client Management
Own the complete sales cycle - lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement)
Manage account growth through upselling, renewals, and client satisfaction
Reporting & CRM
Update reporting personnel with field activity, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline status
Provide weekly/monthly reporting on sales progress and territory development
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback from the field
Required Qualifications
BSc or BCA graduate
1-6 years of strong IT sales experience
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions: cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, AI/ML, and IT infrastructure
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed field sales targets
Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
