Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Identify and target new business opportunities in IT products, services, and solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, including software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of IT services, software products, and solution selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed IT Services.
Knowledge of B2B sales strategies.
Existing network of enterprise clients.
