Job Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Business Growth Executive & Business Development Executive who can drive lead generation efforts, manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and build strong relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, tech, and smart client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through
LinkedIn outreach
, email marketing, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain a
sales pipeline
via research, cold outreach, and networking.
Pitch customized IT solutions for web and mobile development based on client needs.
Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with prospects.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
Maintain CRM entries and update lead status regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Must-Have Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in
IT sales, business development, or lead generation
.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
Experience with
LinkedIn marketing
and professional networking.
Ability to explain technical services in simple language.
Goal-driven and self-motivated approach to sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
