1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and source new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling and referrals.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in client organizations.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the sales targets as set by the company (monthly, quarterly, annual).
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
5. Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
6. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with marketing, operations and product development teams to align business development efforts.
7. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain records of business development activities, pipeline progress and client interactions.
8. Brand & Product Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and promoting the company's products and services.
9. Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and establish partnerships or alliances that can enhance business opportunities.
