Working Days/Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Probation Period:

3 Months

Salary Range:

?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

Incentives:

Performance-based incentives on achieving monthly sales targets

Job Role Overview:



A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. They act as a key point of contact between the organization and customers, presenting products or services and negotiating contracts to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Generation



Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Market Research & Analysis



Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback. Suggest improvements or new products based on market trends and customer demand.

4. Sales Reporting



Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and negotiations in CRM tools.

5. Collaboration & Coordination



Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep up with the latest developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication. Basic knowledge of digital services like websites, SEO, social media marketing is a plus. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
