About the Role:
FineSoft Technologies is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
IT Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our core software products including
CRM, HRMS, Bulk SMS Services
, and
ISP Management Software
. This is a full-time role with long-term growth opportunities for individuals passionate about IT sales and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Engage with prospective clients and schedule product demos or meetings.
Present and promote FineSoft's software products to businesses and decision-makers.
Maintain lead data, track sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in person.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams for solution customization and pricing.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or pursuing final year).
0-2 years of experience in IT/software or B2B sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in IT product and service sales.
Confidence in approaching clients and handling objections.
Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
