Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound inquiries. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Pitch IT products and solutions to potential clients via phone, email, and online/offline meetings. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support the lead generation through SEO, social media, and online ads. Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, or product presentations. Provide timely reports on sales activities, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, telesales. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Experience with email marketing tools. Basic understanding of custom software development, website designing and development, E-commerce, WordPress Development, Digital Marketing strategies like SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the IT services or SaaS industry. Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and other lead generation tools (Justdial, Indiamart).
