Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales professional with 3-5 years of experience in B2B IT sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating leads, and building strong client relationships in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT domain through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, etc.)
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT products or services accordingly.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales team to design customized solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in IT sales leadership roles (SaaS, cloud, IT services, or software sales)
Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred)
Skills:
Strong B2B IT sales expertise
Deep understanding of IT sales cycles, Saas, and cloud solutions
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Data-driven decision-making and use of sales analytics tools
