Proficiency in CRM tool HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. Selling IT solutions, SaaS products, or enterprise software services, with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and relationship management

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calls, networking, and social media. Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions (software, cloud, AI, RPA, or enterprise platforms). Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions with prospects. Manage the entire sales cycle -- from initial contact to deal closure and handover to the delivery team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with technical teams to align proposals and pricing with client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and report on key metrics to management. Stay updated on technology trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
