5-6 years in IT / SaaS Sales with proven expertise in Zoho products.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Zoho SaaS products including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closures.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Understand customer business needs and propose suitable Zoho solutions (CRM, Projects, Books, Desk, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
5-6 years of consistent experience in SaaS / IT product sales with hands-on exposure to Zoho solutions. Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
