This role is key in maintaining positive vendor relationships, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, and driving business growth through effective follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with vendors and customers in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with potential and existing customers regarding inquiries, leads, and ongoing requirements.
Skills
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and telecommunications.
Proven experience in customer service, vendor coordination, or B2B client management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
Proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
