Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers. Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and customer support. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally to maximize sales conversion.
