We are looking for a highly motivated IT Business Development professional to drive sales and client acquisition in the
Staff Augmentation / IT Consulting domain
. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their IT staffing needs.
Drive business growth by promoting IT solutions, consulting services, and technical staffing offerings.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients in alignment with organizational offerings.
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and report business development progress to management.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-10 years of experience in
IT sales, business development, or staffing / recruitment sales
.
Proven experience in
selling IT services, staff augmentation, or consulting solutions
.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and client management skills
.
Knowledge of IT technologies and domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales processes.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
