Job Description

We are looking for an

IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience

who will be

responsible for handling

IndiaMART inquiries, cold calling potential clients

, and

converting leads for IT services

such as

website development, software development, digital marketing, and related solutions.



Roles & Responsibilities



Call and follow up with

IndiaMART inquiries

daily. Make

cold calls

to potential clients to pitch IT services.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.

Maintain and update all leads in CRM/Excel.

Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales teams (if required).

Share quotations, proposals, and service details with clients. Convert leads into confirmed sales/orders. Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with tech/operations teams for project updates.

Key Skills Required



Excellent communication (Hindi & English)

Strong calling and convincing skills

Basic

understanding of websites, apps, and IT services

Experience in

IndiaMART lead handling (preferred)

Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Ability to work independently Good follow-up and closing skills

Qualifications



Graduate (any field)

0-6 months of experience in IT sales / telecalling / IndiaMART lead handling Freshers with good communication skills and good knowledge of lead generation can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
