Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and business objectives.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for potential clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized IT solutions.
Respond to RFPs/RFQs and create supporting documents for client discussions.
Maintain regular communication with clients during the pre-sales process.
Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Assist in preparing case studies, sales collateral, and presentations.
Support the handover process to the project delivery team after deal closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
