Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Managed Services, Cloud Migration, Security, etc.).
Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
Conduct client presentations, demos, and solution discussions in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profit margins.
Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Stay updated on cloud industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
cloud platforms
(AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and related services.
Proven experience in
IT/Cloud sales, solution selling, or consultative sales
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
Target-driven with strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/IT/Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
3-8 years of experience in IT/Cloud Sales (depending on role level).
Cloud sales certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Sales or Partner Certifications) will be an added advantage.
