Indore | Experience: 0-3 Years | Position: IT Sales Executive




We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Sales Executive to support operations and customer interactions for an event ticketing platform during night shifts. The role involves handling customer support emails, managing events and tickets within the system, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth platform operations during live events.
The candidate will work closely with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, manage basic data and reports using Excel or Google Sheets, assist with client outreach through email and Instagram, and support chargeback or dispute documentation with provided templates and tools. Training will be provided, but the candidate must be proactive in understanding platform workflows and customer patterns.
This role requires strong written English communication skills, good organizational ability, attention to detail, and comfort working overnight hours. Weekend availability is mandatory, and working hours may vary based on live event schedules. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operations, structured systems, and independent remote work during night shifts.
