As our first Sales Lead, you aren't just "selling services"--you are a partner to founders. You will identify early-stage entrepreneurs, understand their vision, and show them how Nxtbyts can save them months of wasted time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Hunting:
Find founders on LinkedIn, Twitter, and IndieHackers who are "talking" about building but haven't "started."
The 14-Day Pitch:
Convert leads by explaining our 14-day process. You need to manage expectations and qualify if their idea canactually be built in 14 days.
Consultative Selling:
Act as a "mini-product manager" during discovery calls. Help founders strip away "fluff" features to focus on the core MVP.
Build in Public:
Collaborate with the founder to share "Day-in-the-life" content and sales wins on social media to drive inbound leads.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years in Tech Sales (B2B SaaS or Agency) or a background as a Founder/Freelancer.
Communication:
You can explain complex tech in simple, "viral" terms.
Persistence:
You don't wait for leads; you create them via cold DMing, networking, and content.
Ownership:
You are okay with a base + high-commission structure because you believe in your ability to close.
