About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
IT Sales Executive
to promote and sell
GlimCut
, a SaaS platform that helps salons launch their own
Android & iOS mobile apps
, manage bookings, offer home services, and digitalize their operations. Your role will focus on onboarding salons, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target salons, beauty studios, and independent beauticians.
Generate leads through field visits, online outreach, cold calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Build a strong pipeline of potential salon partners.
2. Product Demonstration
Explain GlimCut features:
Launching a custom-branded Android/iOS app
Online booking system
Home-service booking
Staff management
Payments, wallets, analytics & CRM
Conduct demos (online or in-person) showcasing how salons can grow revenue up to ₹10 Lakhs+.
3. Sales Conversion & Onboarding
Present pricing, benefits, and ROI clearly.
Close deals and onboard salons onto the GlimCut platform.
Collect documents, service menus, and branding assets from clients.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers.
Ensure smooth onboarding, app launch, and early usage.
Provide basic support and coordinate with the technical team.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain CRM records and update daily sales activities.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to share client feedback.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
1-3 years of experience in
IT Sales / SaaS Sales / B2B Sales
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical products in simple language.
Knowledge of the beauty/salon industry is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Comfortable with field sales and remote client interaction.
