Job Overview:



We are looking for a motivated

IT Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. The role requires hands-on experience with sales prospecting tools like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other CRM/lead generation platforms.



Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Effectively use

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other prospecting tools

to build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline. Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and market trends to tailor outreach strategies. Pitch IT products/services to decision-makers and influencers, ensuring alignment with client needs. Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations. Achieve monthly

sales targets of 1.5L-2L

consistently. Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports to management. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation. Strong knowledge of

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead-generation tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and map them to the right IT solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented with a passion for sales. Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is an added advantage. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.

Compensation & Incentives



Competitive base salary. Attractive incentive structure: Standard incentives on achieving the monthly sales target of 1.5L-2L.

If sales exceed 2L in a month, you will earn an additional 15% incentive on each project above the target.
