We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, support the field sales team, and drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement. The role involves handling enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for IT products and solutions
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware and solutions, including laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients
Manage the entire sales cycle from enquiry to order closure
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using Excel and CRM tools
Support pre-sales activities, product comparisons, and basic technical clarifications
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide post-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering / IT / Commerce preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with IT hardware, solutions, OEM pricing, and channel sales
Comfortable working with emails, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
