to effectively communicate with clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools.
Identify client needs and propose suitable IT services/solutions.
Manage and nurture leads through the entire sales cycle--from prospecting to closing.
Build strong, long-term relationships with North American clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Maintain and update CRM with lead and sales activity details.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities within the North American IT landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of proven experience in
IT sales or international sales
, preferably targeting the
North American market
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or outsourcing models.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable working
night shifts
(US/Canada hours).
Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
