About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

IT Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their technology needs, and offering the right solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, or services). Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date client information. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions (for executive level; 3-5+ years for senior level). Strong understanding of IT products, services, and digital solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets under deadlines. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:



Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or managed IT services. Existing network or client base in the IT or software industry. Technical background or IT certifications (added advantage).
