We're looking for a result-oriented IT Sales & Email Marketing Manager to help us with business development and lead engagement. Our ideal candidate should have a strong IT service sales background and have implemented email marketing, cold calling, lead nurturing and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Create new business opportunities using cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to introduce our solution suite and find ideal clients in targeted markets.
Work together with technical team to guarantee smooth post-sales support, customer satisfaction, and pre-sales consultation.
Proactively follow up on incoming leads, research, and qualify prospects to create a robust pipeline.
Make outbound calls to potential clients based on sales research guidelines and business priorities.
Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and obtain leads.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure proper understanding of customer requirements and deliver against them effectively.
Keep up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and leads in the CRM system, so that there is a consistent follow-up and reporting .
Encourage data-driven decision-making, track and evaluate the performance metrics of the sales team and provide leadership with regular reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or tech solutions sales roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
