Role Overview
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients for our software, web, and digital services. This is a performance-driven role with clear targets and attractive incentives that grow with your results.
Responsibilities
? Identify and qualify leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, Apollo, and networking
? Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions (website, software, CRM, ERP, marketing)
? Create customized proposals with the help of the tech and design teams
? Convert warm leads into confirmed projects
? Meet monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships
? Report regularly to the Sales Manager or Founder

? Corporate, Dynamic & E-commerce Websites
? Custom Software / Web Applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS)
? SaaS Tools & Mobile Apps
? Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads)
Requirements
? Excellent communication and convincing skills
? Good understanding of IT services, websites, or software products
? Self-motivated and target-oriented
? Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo (preferred)
? Freshers with strong English and business aptitude are welcome
