Role Overview
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients for our software, web, and digital services. This is a performance-driven role with clear targets and attractive incentives that grow with your results.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, Apollo, and networking
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions (website, software, CRM, ERP, marketing)
Create customized proposals with the help of the tech and design teams
Convert warm leads into confirmed projects
Meet monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships
Report regularly to the Sales Manager or Founder

Corporate, Dynamic & E-commerce Websites
Custom Software / Web Applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS)
SaaS Tools & Mobile Apps
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads)
Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Good understanding of IT services, websites, or software products
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo (preferred)
Freshers with strong English and business aptitude are welcome
