Product Presentation & Demonstration:
Present and pitch Twispire's CPaaS solutions (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, Voice, RCS, Email) to prospective clients, demonstrating how our services meet their specific business needs.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to deal closure, while handling objections effectively.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field is required.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory for client engagement and presentations.
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
Technical Acumen:
Ability to quickly learn about technical products/services (like APIs and DLT platforms) and explain them to clients is crucial.
