online platforms, social media, and email communication

Key Responsibilities:



Convert

inbound inquiries

into confirmed sales. Manage

social media messages, comments, and inquiries

effectively. Respond to

emails professionally and promptly

. Conduct

outreach to potential clients

via email and social media to generate new leads. Maintain detailed records of

customer interactions

and ensure timely follow-ups. Support the team in

basic marketing and promotional activities

.

Requirements:



Basic

computer and internet knowledge

is mandatory. Strong

English communication skills

Quick learner
