Job Title: IT Sales Location: Noida Sector 135 Salary : Negotiable Exp : 6 month to 8 years Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the IT industry, with a focus on selling web development services, web applications, software solutions, and digital marketing services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of IT products and services, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts. 2. Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their IT needs and requirements. 3. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on IT solutions that best meet their business objectives. 4. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our web development, web application, software, and digital marketing solutions. 5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables. 6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams to ensure a smooth handover of projects from sales to delivery, and collaborate on custom solutions as needed. 8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on web development, web application, software, and digital marketing services. 3. Strong understanding of IT products and services, including web technologies, software development methodologies, and digital marketing strategies. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and communicate complex technical concepts effectively. 5. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. 7. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for sales and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 9. Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
