Key Responsibilities
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the IT and digital marketing sectors.
Business Development:
Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and following up on inbound inquiries generated by the marketing team.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients and agencies, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Sales & Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value of our IT solutions.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to provide the best solutions to clients.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a "winning attitude" who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT, software, or digital marketing services sector.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly bulk SMS, email marketing, and web/app development solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
A results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
