Position overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven
IT Sales Executives
to join our Bhopal office. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of overall sales experience, including at least 1.5 years in IT sales, client relationship management skills. This role requires individuals who can drive business growth, build long-term partnerships, and achieve sales targets effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the IT industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for client satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and align them with IT solutions.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with telecalling equipment and relevant sales software.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
Clear and professional telephone and business etiquette.
Interpersonal Skills:
Positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
Patience and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
Time Management & Multitasking.
Strong time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Skilled in handling multiple clients while maintaining accurate records.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong coordination with sales and marketing teams.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
Eligibility:
Education: MBA or Relevant Degree.
Experience: 3 Years overall (minimum 1.5 Years in IT Sales).
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English.
