We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

IT Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth within the IT sector. This role requires a proactive professional who understands technology solutions, is comfortable in a sales-driven environment, and can collaborate across teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound outreach. Evaluate prospects' needs to align with company offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Market Research & Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Product Presentation & Demonstration:

Present and promote the company's IT solutions and services to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Proposal Development:

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams to meet client needs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipeline status, and sales progress using CRM tools. Provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset. Solid understanding of IT products and services (e.g., software development, SaaS, cloud services). Analytical skills to assess market data and develop tailored solutions. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and client accounts effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
