The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.hashtag

Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Generate leads through bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and PPH etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
