to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling software solutions, IT services, or digital products to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Understand client needs and present suitable IT solutions (e.g., software, cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP, etc.)
Conduct product demos and technical discussions with support from the tech team
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client data and communication history in CRM tools
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Strong interest in technology and IT products/services
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is a plus
