We are seeking a proactive IT Sales Intern eager to learn and contribute to our sales efforts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of IT sales, working alongside experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a genuine interest in technology and sales.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Sales Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of the sales cycle, including:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to identify potential IT clients and market opportunities.
Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through online research (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites), databases, and other available resources.
Help build and maintain a database of leads and prospects for the sales team.
Client Engagement & Communication:
Support the sales team in initiating contact with potential customers through various channels (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and presentations for potential clients.
Provide general support in managing sales inquiries and follow-ups.
Learn to effectively communicate the value proposition of Inventurs Cube's IT services/products to potential clients.
Sales Support & Administration:
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Document and update client interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce - if applicable).
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing) to gather inputs for client proposals and address inquiries.
Help analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Learning & Development:
Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of IT services, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn best practices and gain insights into the IT sales process.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in IT services/products and a passion for sales and business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of sales cycles and lead generation concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage, but not required.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
