Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven

IT Sales Executive

to promote and sell IT products and services, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, services, etc.) Present, promote, and sell IT products and services to existing and prospective customers Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate solution delivery Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools Participate in sales meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions sales Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., software solutions, cloud, SaaS, networking, cybersecurity) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications

Existing client network in the IT or corporate sector Technical certifications or sales certifications (added advantage)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved Number of new clients acquired Revenue growth and deal closure rate Customer retention and satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
